We are delighted to announce that Astraline has once again retained the TSA – The voice of technology enabled care QSF accreditation! This accreditation is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team in delivering top-notch service.
TSA, the regulatory authority for the TECS industry, plays a crucial role in upholding the quality and safety of Technology Enabled Care (TEC) through the establishment and refinement of standards, alongside conducting impartial audits and granting certifications.
The QSF framework, developed in partnership with key stakeholders, sets the standard for quality in the TEC sector and is UKAS accredited.
With a firm foundation in principles of quality, safety, innovation, and continuous enhancement, the QSF addresses the growing importance of maintaining elevated standards in TEC services and digital solutions. This ensures the well-being of service users, caregivers, and families alike.
